When the four eastern kings came and took Lot and all his family and goods, Abraham decided to do something about it. He gathered 318 of his very own trained men and went after them despite the very fact that those 4 kings had just conquered and defeated the 5 Dead Sea kings, together with their armies and territories! (Genesis 14:14-16) And against all odds, Abraham emerged a triumphant warrior.
I think it was simply because he had had enough.
Sometimes, in order for us to gain the advantage and emerge victorious and triumphant, we have to get to that place where we say; “That’s it devil, I’ve had it with you and all your games.
Enough is enough!”
